PDOS — Product Development Operating System
A Notion-native operating system for the ops manager of a small team. One workspace for projects, role-by-role workstreams, launch cadence, and the contacts rolodex. Optionally extended with a Bridge layer (Notion ↔ messaging) so you can run your week from WhatsApp, Slack, or Telegram.

PDOS is built for the operations manager of a 5–20 person org — someone who coordinates engineers, designers, and stakeholders against a weekly delivery cadence and is the contact-of-record across vendors, partners, and team members.
The shape is intentionally modular: every role page is a slot with the same skeleton (workstream board + per-release checklist), and every dashboard is a view of the same underlying task DB. Fork it, rename the slots to fit your team — Backend / Frontend / AI is the v1 default, but the same shape holds for Producers / Designers / Engineers, or Sales / Ops / Customer Success.

Engage on a customization — rename roles, wire real projects, optionally install the Bridge. Reach out and we'll scope it.
